Become an expert in homemade pasta.  Chef Alfonso will discuss and demonstrate various pasta formulas and the different types of flours used.  Each student will prepare raviolis, flat noodles and and various shaped pasta.  Students will prepare basic pomodoro and Alfredo sauces.  Class finishes with a sit down meal with a glass or two of wine, Caesar salad and a sweet treat.  A great night out for friends or a date night.
