The Cutthroat Kitchen is a mystery basket style competition with a twist; the competitors can bid on sabotage items that they then give to their competitors. For example, if they were asked to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, whoever bid highest could take a competitor's jelly away and give them just strawberries.

The Cutthroat Kitchen event will take place on Sunday, April 26 from 12 to 5 p.m. at the Inn in the capstone kitchen. The public is welcome to come watch this fun event.

This competition is sure to provide lots of entertainment and laughs. In addition to two student rounds there will also be a professional round with several of our Culinary and Baking faculty.

Admission is free and donations of canned goods are accepted. There will be concessions and raffles throughout the event.
